The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the full price if they cancel within 21 days prior to arrival.
To cancel your reservation, please send a corresponding letter to majutus@vorukodu.ee.
Check-in from 15:00, check-out no later than 11:00.
Silent hours 23:00–07:00.
Please treat the apartment as if it were your home.
Please remove outdoor shoes when entering the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments. If the Customer smokes indoors, he/she undertakes to pay a fine of 200 euros. When smoking on the territory, do not throw away the cigarette butts.
Unregistered guests are not allowed.
If you break or damage local property, please report it.
Pets are allowed by prior agreement.
If the Client behaves aggressively or noisily towards other Clients or neighbors or employees of the Accommodation, the Client is obliged to pay a fine of 300 euros and compensate for the damages caused.
The accommodation facility is not responsible for malfunctions and accidents not dependent on it (e.g. technical malfunctions of equipment, disruptions in the provision of utility services, etc.).
